This work was made from 8 separately cut strips of blue glass with triangles of blue glass at each of the ends; 4 rectangles, 12 triangles and 1 octagon of clear glass; pale stringers between some of the clear pieces of glass; fitted together, topped with a clear piece of glass and then fired in a kiln for 24 hours to fuse the glass together.
The final patterned glass was fired again for 24 hours on a mold to shape it.
